New Patients
Welcome to a New Kind of Pediatric Dental Visit
Whether you are here for a specific concern or looking for a more complete approach to your child’s growth, we are glad you found us.
Our care is grounded in three core values:
Focused. Approachable. Zero Fluff.
We take our time, explain what matters, and partner with you every step of the way.
Get Ready WithConfidence
Get Ready With Confidence
Before your appointment, you will receive a secure link to complete all new patient forms online. This helps us understand your child’s needs ahead of time so we can focus fully during our visit.
You may want to gather:
- Notes or records from other providers
- Photos or videos of symptoms or habits
- A short log of feeding or sleep (for infants and toddlers)
If you are not sure what to bring, that is perfectly okay. Just bring your questions. We will meet you where you are.
What to Expect At Your First Visit
Our visits are longer than average because we look beyond the teeth. This is
not a quick check and a rushed summary. It is a calm, thoughtful look at how
your child breathes, eats, sleeps, and grows.

Step
1
Listening and Observation
We start with a virtual or in-person consultation. You share your concerns. I review photos, videos, and background if you have them.
Step
2
In-Depth Evaluation
In the office, I evaluate jaw growth, bite alignment, airway health, and oral function. If helpful, we use gentle imaging or coordinate care with specialists such as ENTs or therapists.
Step
3
A Plan That Makes Sense
We walk through what I see and what it means. I explain every option in plain language. You leave with a clear path forward that fits your child’s age, stage, and comfort level.
Step
4
Ongoing Support
You will not be left to figure things out on your own. We stay in touch between visits and I coordinate care with any outside providers so nothing gets lost. You will always know what is happening and why.
Common Questions From New Families
Do you take insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider. We give you a detailed receipt you can submit to your plan. Many families receive partial reimbursement depending on coverage.
Do you see babies and teenagers?
I see children of all ages. From newborns with latch concerns to teens working through sleep or orthodontic issues.
Can we start with a video call?
Yes. Many families prefer to begin with a virtual consultation. It is a relaxed way to ask questions and decide what kind of in-person visit makes sense.
What if my child is anxious or uncooperative?
That is completely okay. We take our time and meet each child at their pace. Many children warm up quickly when they are treated with kindness and respect.
What Comes Next
You do not need to have everything figured out. That is why I am here.
Schedule a consultation when the time feels right, and we will take the next step together.
