About

I Make Airway and Dental Health Simple for Parents

If you’ve been told everything looks fine but your gut says otherwise, you are not alone. That is how many families find me.
They’ve seen the signs. Snoring. Feeding challenges. Restless sleep. Picky eating. Cavities that keep coming back. Many have been to multiple providers, but no one connected the dots. That’s what I do.
I help parents see the full picture and take action that supports long-term health.

Why I Look atMore Than Just Teeth

Why I Look at
More Than Just Teeth

In school, I was trained to fix teeth. Fill the cavity. Straighten the smile. Move on. But in the real world, I saw children who were struggling in ways that dental charts didn’t explain. I saw parents who felt unheard. And I saw patterns: mouth breathing, poor sleep, repeated cavities, attention challenges that kept getting missed.

The answers were not in the teeth alone. They were in how the tongue moved, how the jaws were growing, and how the child was breathing and sleeping. Once I started asking different questions, everything changed. For me. And for the families I care for.

“Why Did No One Tell Me This?”

What I Believe

Parents deserve real answers

You should never feel dismissed. I listen fully, explain clearly, and give you the tools to make confident, informed decisions.

Function comes first

I do not treat appearance alone. I look at how the body is working. From tongue posture to breathing habits to how a child sleeps at night.

Earlier is better

Most jaw and airway growth is complete by age twelve. Early guidance can prevent major treatment later and support a child’s energy, focus, and development now.

The body is connected

Oral health is deeply linked to sleep, speech, nutrition, posture, and more. I look at the whole child, not just the mouth.

Care should never be isolated

work closely with therapists, pediatricians, lactation consultants, ENTs, and other professionals. No parent should have to navigate this alone

What I Want You to Know

You do not need to know the right terms. You do not need to come in with all the answers. If something feels off, we can look together.
Sometimes the next step is simple. Sometimes it takes a team. But either way, we’ll move forward with clarity, compassion, and consistency.
I’ve trained extensively in airway dentistry, pediatric sleep, tongue tie treatment, and early jaw development. I continue to study under leaders in the field because I believe children deserve the best of what we know, not just what we were taught ten years ago.
I do this work because I’ve seen what’s possible when the right care meets the right moment in a child’s life. That is what keeps me learning and showing up fully every day.
